You say duel! He was just in my way constantly, in the end I had to flash him to get him to let me past. I think people forget on track days to lift off slightly and let quicker drivers past, so I kept having to over slow in corners because I couldnât get past him on the straight.

At 8:30 you can see me visibly shake my head at him. Itâs one of my biggest bug bears on track days. People who can point and squirt on the straights, but are hugely slow in the corners. Drivers are specifically told that if someone is behind you through multiple corners, let them past!
Exactly why I said more a race than a track day.

They do indeed, itâs always the ones that wish they were in a caterham 
I usually track a little mx5 and of course in the straights itâs hella slow, so I get sick of idiots in big BMWs screeching away on the straights and then holding me up in the bends⌠just let me past dude, you wonât see me again!

Today:
-replacing the leaking piece of shit fuel filler system with a modern caterham aero filler! A job much more faff than it needs to be!
-fixing pedal spacing, placement and throttle range for the roller barrels. Heel toe was a nightmare before as the throttle pedal was higher than the brake, made it fairly impossible to drive fast.
Hopefully all fixed now!
