eBay stuff (Part 2)

I have a small ozone generator - I run a tube from the output into a box and place record covers in there suffering with mildew - it’s one of the best ways to kill the smell of musty covers. probably not too great to be around but I tend to run it on a timer when I’m away overnight.

As airborne health hazards go, in my house I think ozone was well down the list …

Oh, the sweet aroma of musty vinyl. If only Febreze would bottle it…

Takes all sorts…

Judgement and opinion backed with 0 experience. Delightful.

You’ve lost me there.

The price looks pretty reasonable. A terrific looking set. I’m amazed it hasn’t sold yet.

Not on that link.

Apologies, amended.

Pretty sure these are the same people.

Yes I believe so, I follow them as it happens!

Very ‘on trend’

When 1250 milliwatts of power is sufficient

They also have a generous kilograms per watt ratio, which is the foundation of competent design

I love the 46 as driver for 300Bs.

I have a pair of WE 281A which are kind of like a 46. One of the rarest tubes, it took me 10 years to find a second after happening across one.

No idea what they were used in, though.

Nice. Imagine that would potentially sound quite adequate with my AGs (not in the market for another amp).
