Good venue too
Yes, it’s a breath of fresh air to have somewhere this side of the river.
I’ll let you know when the shipbuilders play there next , well worth seeing and local lads
Placement
And
Horse
In the back room of The Austral with about 60 or 70 other souls, mind 30 made a more than passable mosh pit during Horse ![]()
Both bands v good ![]()
One of my fave pubs is The Nostril.
Proper ol’ Skool front bar.
The Stag at the eastern end of Rundle St is another belter.
Ok, I will try to check out the Stag, thx ![]()
Sadly not me, but my brother. Really jealous and would have gone up north if I had known. Nice 50th anniversary nod to Cargo Studios where Electricity was recorded.
I’d have gone if I’d found out about it sooner. A bit gutted to have missed it.
15th March in Cardiff
I was at that gig.
The inflatable dinosaurs were a bit of a disaster.
By the time they were inflated their ‘moment’ in the story had gone, the dry ice had run out and they just floated about for the rest of the gig.
Dry ice as well?
If I’m being honest it all sounds pretty awesome.
Crocodile teeth, lizard head,
Blood shot eyes stained ocean red…
etc..

That’s the next 4 days sorted. My liver might need a rest afterwards.
Still, at least I am off work until September
Have a good one.
It’s moving to Moreton-in-Marsh next year
. Not exactly accessible. Although I guess it’s on a direct train line from Paddington.
I hope both you and your Liver have a most joyous time.
Not a location that screams Napalm Death, is it.
