Indeed
I met him a couple of times and attended his daughters wedding. According to his wife his least favourite word of all was ‘knobcheese’.
A decent and principled man and a sad loss.
RIP Sister Wendy
Honey Lantree
my first single was from them!
RIP Norman Gimbel - the man that put words to many famous tunes

I still have NAD gear in t’brewery
Oh, that’s a shame. Played some great parts.
Certainly did, Ab fab really gave her career a resurgance but she was in so many light entertainment shows on TV radio and film
Another of the comedy greats passes away. Very sad, but what a career and obviously a life well lived.
I grew up on Terry and June. She was always great in the Carry On roles as well. RIP.
And Hancock’s Half Hour
Yes, I was very young then but I do remember her in them.
Good obituary here
Amazing to think her first professional acting role was in 1944
From the staff and faculty of The College of Rock and Roll Knowledge, Godspeed to all we lost in 2018.
