You must have been on a run!

Yes a 200 mile run, still far too frugal.

Is that the fat corolla or the motorbike?

I think I get less on the bike tbh.

Cars with big engines and shit consumption…you just have to grin and bear it…

These numbers are excellent! The best the Bentley ever managed was 15 mpg, on a long run at a steady 55 mph…

I’ve managed to drop the Mondeo from 27.8 to 26.2 mpg in 10 days of ownership! :+1:

Sounds about right. I had an S-Type with the same engine which got about 25.

My car also has one of these newfangled on-board computer things which calculates fuel consumption. I decided to make an effort with the recent tank full to see what the car is really capable of when driven economically. As you can see below in the (optimistic) consumption numbers, this has resulted in a worthwhile saving.

LOL, the Bentley ddin’t have a fuel computer. It isn’t the kind of thing a gentleman would be concerned with.

I’d argue but  nice.

I would love that.

Just spent an afternoon driving some ‘Car Chase Hero’ cars round Abingdon airfield. Apparently the Camaro ZL1 managed 7.1mpg. :flushed:

Saw a Kia Stinger on the road today. Not bad looking. Hadn’t a clue who made it til I just looked it up. At the time I thought it was some kind of import.
