My ooni has arrived.
Wife has already asked if we’re having pizza tonight, when the pellets haven’t arrived yet.
I did try and stop this from happening, but, alas, I failed.

I made 2 batches of dough this afternoon, 1 for bread and 1 for pizza. I used the same yeast and recipe as yesterday, but they didn’t rise at all😠
Bash them with a rolling pin - that will learn them!

Not convinced the yeast quantity in that recipe is correct. I haven’t got fresh yeast so I might be wrong with that but I’d be putting 4-5 tsp of Doves in it.
I generally half a fresh yeast recipe when using dried…
If its fresh and a bit more if the tin has been open a few weeks
