Pizza faff with hypocrisy topping

So that was Hel’s insistence on having all the toppings despite my warning, and shoving it in on high heat.

Mine was just mozzarella and griddled aubergine, which she ate while I was cooking hers, so I ended up with that mess

An excellent strategy, loose the battle to win the subterranean sound lab war.

I find that either doing tomato concasse or halved cherry tomatoes with the curve on the bottom really helps reduce the fluid issues.

Late reply, but I don’t read this thread often. Detroit pizza is my current obsession. That crispy cheese at the edges is gold baby :+1:
Nice job

Currently eating low carbs and now I’m craving that base after seeing it! Looks perfect (as usual).

Saw someone make a pizza earlier with chocolate drops on top! Might have to try it at some point.

Found a quick dough recipe that didn’t need to be left to rise but could be. I left it longer than anticipated.

I’m sure she’d be up for that, I took her to Scalford once and she loved it.

I love rectangular pizzas, mix of crust slices and all topping slices. A New York grandma style pizza, baked on a rectangular sheet pan with lots of olive oil so the crust bottom is fried, is another good pizza to try :slightly_smiling_face:
