Proud dad (/mum/grandad/uncle/whatever) moments

Gorgeous!

And smart too (the handler and the mutt )

Fantastic !

Cheers Paul, she’s an absolute star and so intelligent, but enough about Claire
We had one of her sisters over at the weekend (Claire and Mouse got back about an hour before she was collected)

And the grandkids.

Clara on the left, 5yr old, is a proper lttle lady. She will break some hearts,

Audrey, 3yr old, is a stormtrooper. She will break some heads if she needs to. Love 'em

For the “fabrics” (or something) section of her foundation course niece #2 had to make a garment.

She chose to make a 1920s flapper dress. The material she picked out was “slippy” (I have no idea) hence unsuitable for machining so she hand-stitched the whole thing.

The lecturer went around the class critiquing everyone’s work but when he got to her it was “err, I can’t find anything to fault with that”.

Clothing has always been her thing - one day she’ll give Ritchie a run for his money I tell ya :grinning:

Getting some much appreciated footcare from fol1. I’d like to think the look on her face is sheer concentration, but it’s more likely to be pure disgust :joy:
Unbelievably, she actually likes doing it, “your feet are so knarly, I love to make them nice and soft”

Did they use your feet as the moulds for the hobbit feet on lord of the rings?

Nah, they’re not hairy enough!

That surely classifies as child abuse.

You can tell you aren’t originally from Norfolk or she would be chewing bits off.

BiL in NZ has sent through some photos from the family holiday. All wildly incongruous for January - obviously it’s scorchio and everybody is in jeans and T-shirts.

Anyway, BiL is about 6’1" tall and evidently 15 yo nephew #1 is going through the growth spurt common in the family because he’s now as tall as, maybe a little taller than Dad.

Runty nephew #2 is still runty but if he’s anything like his brother or Dad he’ll blow in the near future

Both brothers have picked up scandi blond colouring from their mother so I think they’re very soon going to be popular with girls, boys, whatever.
