Been a very long time since I last listened to a cd.
Enjoy.

Likewise, had the 1,2,3,leader junior etc
Also one of the acrylic lift up transport jobbie, regret selling that
I had a Stage 2. It was my main CD from the mid 90s to the late 90s. It was a very good sounding machine.
I had it until around 4 years ago.
I’m listening to it again this evening Dean and am still amazed at how good it sounds.
I’ve never listened to as many CD’s in my life
isn’t that the lid/dryer from a discostat?
Possibly. Going to use as a drying rack for LPs
it was a clever bit of design as it doubled as the tank lid and a dryer where the middle bit would collect drips and runoff from the record.
It’s the only bit I’ve got left/kept from my discostat.
It will be used in conjunction with another (soon to arrive) clever bit of kit, courtesy of @Spider
I was doing exactly this the other day, works very well👍
There’s a setting somewhere that seems to smooth the motion and makes it all look unnatural. It’s like it’s slowed down, but isn’t slowed down. Also makes the actors look like they’re acting in front of a large projected background. I have the same LG OLED 55" as my parents, theirs seems to have this feature on, whilst mine doesn’t. I prefer mine.
That’s it. But I have disabled the settings and shouldn’t see that. But it can look that way sometimes.
There Is judder due to the frame rate as well.
Still staggers me that TV manufacturers are putting these “make my TV shite” options on in 2020.
Maybe it just needs some burn in time?..
I’d take the white caps off as they love scratching records
There’s the same setting on my 4k LG non-oled, it’s the HDR vivid one. Was watching The Mandalorian the other day on that setting and it was fucking hideous.
No that’s just the mandalorian show being shit.
How much did he eat
The whole grail, and nothing but the grail by the looks of it.
