Even the best makers can’t get the same quality leather these days.
My vintage Trickers are noticeably better quality than the newer pairs. They are aging better and retain the new look longer.
A factory resole is about what I paid for most of them.
The best thing you can buy to extend the life of your expensive cunty shoes is more cunty shoes so you can rotate them.

We have a new working protocol and the rule is that cameras should be on for meetings so I have to get dressed in the mornings now 
In which case don’t buy any more and they’ll last longer.
I have 12 pairs of cunty shoes and won’t be buying anymore.
They should see me out.
I am now buying cunty golf shoes, (5 pairs) but at least I wear them!

These trusty dog walking boots have been caked in mud for about two years so decided it was past time to give them a clean up.
Saddle soap, renovating cream and some cream polish seem to have brought them back.
New laces and I reckon I’ll get another 5 years out of them.

Pretty much the how to guide on shoe care.
Add a smear of dubbin on the creases to stop any cracking if they have been stood a while (though renovating cream usually works but isn’t as strong).
I use Saphir Graisse.
Inspired me to dig these out and get them ready.
Worn them to death, and they are close to a resole, but the leather is now more chamois than cardboard!
Love them (Trickers Stow in Espresso).
Great, burnished tone to them now, when not soaked in grease and dusted up.
