Even in Red States these extremist views are in a minority. In the one state that allowed a referendum on abortion rights, the majority voted to retrain them in the State constitution, despite a republican led campaign to do the opposite.
Even if a million take to social media supporting a civil war or seceding, it’s still a small minority.

Would be interesting to see which side their (massively over-armed) police forces would take.
Same folk have been shouting “time for civil war” over every perceived “outrage” since Obama’s time.
Militias and lone-wolf nutters will be a problem (they would have been in any event), but there is no mass appetite for destroying the state.
And those that do would be hard pressed to find the end of their driveways.
