One of our software providers who
a) do their major software through a remote desktop (yep, that far behind) and
b) donāt know how to digitally sign a .rdp file so that you donāt get a massive warning flashing up every time all of your users try to use it to do their job.

yeah, also one to Samsung for breaking MS Authenticator with their latest version of Android. I mean its not like a large percentage of your user base will have Authenticator on their device.

Some customers care about knowing the delivery schedule, some donāt. I guess your supplier has made the judgement that it wonāt be a big deal for their customers. Youāll have to spend a few minutes of your house arrest e-mailing the supplier to tell them that was a bad call.
