Weve had them baiting us, surrounding cars while responding. Its getting tedious with limited options to deal.

Indeed, especially when they have no helmets and are happy to go the wrong way around roundabouts, on pavements etc.

No personal dig intended, but maybe a functioning Police force could arrest (shock) some of these law breakers.
This is the problem though, we never get a pursuit authorised against them due to the high level of them being dead after/during, hence those riots in Wales.
So the other option is neighbourhood to be proactive and get the bikes and them, but we only have PCSOs as all the officers on neighbourhood staff us up on response due to chronic shortages of officers to answer grade 1 calls. It’s shit, but it is how it is sadly.

OK, so what would happen to me if I were able to forcibly remove a bike / scooter from them and they complain to the the Police ?

But also you could just be stealing it if they legally own it, getting rid of evidence by touching it, removing the chance of a prosecution, being investigated yourself etc.
