Today I have mainly been V2.0

Probably wise. Apparently there’s a cold snap coming and leaving them out in bivvy bags in the garden for too long will attract the attention of social services sooner or later.

Not if they can’t see over the fence and the garden is enclosed…

Very satisfying.

You should have specified new floorboards. One of them has a split in it.

What’s happening with the wood finish on the edge bannisters

I chose UEA (Norwich) from Northumberland, to give enough thinking space between self and parents.

It’ll be fine once the zebrano laminate is down :ok_hand:

We all know it will be carpeted by this time next year, the noise of feet on floorboards and the draughts up through the floors will see to that (as they haven’t corked the boards).

Why is there bare plaster bottom left of the banister?

Character my man. If I wanted a smooth high gloss finish I could live in a soulless Barrett Box.

We are still working on the second floor and on the stairs and bannisters.

perhaps but new floorboards are 22mm thick and don`t always fit under the existing skirting board or be level with the top of the stairs
