It’s perfectly natural to be apprehensive. However fingers crossed that you get the news you want and there’s a positive result at the end of this for you both.

Buried my father in law today. He had motor neuron disease and was taken I’ll just before Christmas.
He was an utter gem of a man, all encompassing, larger than life. Had just as much an effect on me , throughout my life as my own Dad.
Goodbye Mike, I’ll miss you terribly.

I had an almost father in law like that , not many days go by without me thinking about him. It was nearly twenty years ago.
It’s why I always feel positive for the life, you never know when someone can have a profound effect on how you approach the world around you.
