I was veeeery tempted but figured it would make one hell of a splash.
We used to build them (not Komatsu, but Cat versions) that way of having a couple of hanging steps at the bottom of the stairs is commonplace to maintain ground clearance.

We built bodies directly for Cat (Peterlee) and also for a couple of OEMs in the US that specialised in custom versions of a range of heavy trucks.
