Always love the view of Helsby
Runcorn continues to offend. Look how they prune their pine trees - Bad eggs.
Meh
Health and safety nightmare going on.
Where’s @Jim when you need him ?
Where?
I expect you have to pay top dollar for a place with a view towards the magnificent Silver Jubilee bridge as well. Beggars can’t be choosers as your nan used to say while entertaining the Devonshire fusiliers.

Packing the car for 10 days in the caravan in the Lake District.
Leaving written instructions for our son as to garden watering, putting bin out etc. which will no doubt be ignored.
Driving up north a way to buy a Record, despite not having a vinyl player of any description.
Must be something that you really want! What is it, Aqua ‘Barbie Girl’ on 12” glitter sparkle vinyl?
Saying the final goodbye to my beautiful Lou. Over half of the Fetlar residents turned up. along with my good friends from Durham, John and Andy, today was a lovely send off.
Maddie and Hildur were on their best behaviour in the Kirk and even the weather played ball, to make it a fitting tribute to her.
If ever a ‘celebration of a life’ trumped the ‘mourning of a death’ it was today.
I’m sure Lou would have approved. Rest in peace my darling, the world is a poorer place without you.
Damn, something in my eye…
Sounds like a lovely tribute to someone very special.
I’ll raise a large glass of whisky to Lou this evening Paul. Look after yourself.
Me too. Take care Paul.
Graeme
Despite your sadness Paul - being surrounded by family and friends who’ve come together to celebrate Lou’s life will be a lovely memorial to her and provide you with comfort as well.
Take care mate.
Take care Paul, and may the good times always remain with you.
That sounds like a great turnout - Going forward now and the very best wishes from Claire and myself.
Sounds like a grand “celebration”. All our best wishes Paul.
Paul, lovely words. I’ve got a something in my eye too.
