I’ve never had any hassle with it. Hitting your phone very hard with a hammer might help it to work.

I quite liked the flavour it was just too intense as we had it., I’ll have to see that we use it far more sparingly next time they pop up. Gill did flick some spores about before bringing them in.

Morning in the brewhouse;
22 litres of (potentially) 5.2% N.E.I.P.A.
Hops included: Amarillo, Cascade, Citra, Columbus, Galaxy, Rakau, and Wai’iti.
Full on hop bomb !

After 10 days of “dry hopping” and a couple of days “crash cooling”, I bottled it this morning. 40 pints of fruit salad. Slightly short of the “oily” mouth feel of a classic N.E.I.P.A. as I reduced the amount of rye malt and rolled oats.
Looks pretty good…

Not with this style. The cloudiness is Cohumulone laden resin from the hops and some protein in suspension. It adds to the texture and depth of flavour.
