Ooh, I’d have thought going head first into the edge of an escalator step would generate quite a lot of mess too.
Exactly. Claret everywhere. Escalator(s) out of service until it’s checked by engineers, and it’s cleaned up.
Both had scull deep gashes, one front, one back. Neither feeling much pain (at the time).
I bet they’re feeling it today though

My old dear worked in argyle st store for about twenty years. Every other year there was a story of two women coming to blows over some random (last one in stock) Christmas essential.
Have spent the day farting like a dog, to the point where i dont want to be in the same room as myself. Proper gold medal jobs.

Although we have had our fair share in the past - a guy I was working with at the time went utter banzai at them and threw them out the store - it fair cheered us all up.
