Ugh, estate agents

Fun times ahead :+1:

Full of Win all round. Garages only get filled with crap!

Our garage is the living embodiment of this!

Around here; any garage = brewery :+1:

I actually have some brewing stuff in there, never gotten around to actually using it though!

As someone once said to me only in Britain do we build an expensive garage to protect our rubbish from the elements and leave the second most expensive thing we own* outside in all weathers.

If you ever decide to brew, I only charge ÂŁ50 an hour (minimum one hour) for consultation fees :+1:

I shall remember that, money well not spent when I get around to it👍

That’s not a downside. You won’t have to worry how big it is Rob…

Congrats, it looks like great value

Well I have had the niggling little voice in my head that wants another classic, and a garage would be integral to that. Maybe I just spend it on Vinyl or some big Tannoys instead. Whatever…

Completed on the sale of my Dad’s house today
Thanks to @akaYoda for the legals!

The estate agents in this transaction did nothing negative!
Actually they were very helpful, selling a house when I was shielding 50 miles away had it’s challenges. :grinning:

Well done. I am sure that is a relief. Have you managed to buy a new place yet?

Yes
Well I am in the process.
Had the survey done on Friday
He rang me in the afternoon to say there were no major issues. Just a couple of niggles
Expecting full report today or tomorrow
Solicitors were instructed a couple of weeks ago.
My seller is buying an empty property being sold under probate and I am a cash buyer so hopefully it will be fairly straightforward.
I am buying a bungalow in anticipation of my dotage

I hope a condition of the purchase was to leave the jukebox in situ.

Unfortunately not
As I said in another thread when I viewed the house there were 10 or 12 guitars on the wall of the ‘2nd bedroom’

Yeah, I remember. But the very nature of a guitar is that they are portable. Jukeboxes not so.

Looks a nice place Kev, hope you’ll be really happy there :+1:
