Frankie knuckles Tears is another great track
Some crackers on there - Good Life is another classic.
I’m sure Mike @MJ2 has a copy of The House Sound Of Chicago
I have reverted to my youth with “We call it acieed” and “Ride On Time”
Keep Warm is not one of them.
Have you managed to get through layer 1 of the box yet?
I caught the digital clap from one of the Ministry of Sound CDs (virus burned into it) so that put me off for a bit, but I’m back in the saddle now. I’d say yes, I’m probably about through one layer now. Maybe it’s a bit of nostalgia but there’s an embarrassment of riches in there.
Sorry about the virus - seems a shit thing to put on a commercial cd.
Glad you’re digging through the box though
He does indeed, and it’s brilliant !
I think it’s a pretty good pressing
Just listening to it now. They have done a good job with the re-mastering. Sounds lovely.
Bottom one very much on point. Nice haul!
Result !
Yes, it seemed a rather apt find. I went to see Nik Turner about 3 years ago, shame that we discovered that he had cancelled when we walked through the door of the venue.
14 CD’s - that is committment.
