This isn’t really what the vinyl is about - that’s more for being at a gig and the artist is waiting expectantly behind the merch desk. But I figured I’d jump start it with something old and something new(ish).
There was an in-store signing by L. S. Dunes.

They seemed to attract a long queue made up almost exclusively of teenage goth girls anyway 
Well done on doubling your number of vinyls. The Beth Gibbons is a gem.
The Orb is no slouch either.

No idea. It’s a second-hand copy.
This morning a friend sent me a link to an Orb broadcast on “WNBC”.
“Oh”, I say, “that’s the West Norwood book and record b… oooooh”.
So I toddled along there this afternoon. Oh dear, oh dear. Warrington Runcorn on the deck when I walked in, piles and piles of obscure electronica. The guy seems to have very similar tastes to me. Other genres catered for too.
Could have spent a grand without even slowing up, as it was I made a single token purchase.
He had what appeared to be a brand new copy of this for £50

May have to return and torch the place before the inevitable bankruptcy.
If you don’t want it (the Orb record) I’d love it… happy to reimburse cost and postage if you end up ever going back there and it’s still for sale.
