LOL, my diabetes consultant is called Dr Brain. She is nice, and not at all like a Bond villain.
Dr Brain is like Top Doc etc, a name that sounds like they’ve awarded to themselves 
Really should have been a neurologist. Please let her know that I demand she retrain.
