What I'm watching (Series 2)

Very dark.

The thing with these is that you can imagine some of this stuff actually happening.

On BBC2 now, haven’t seen this before.

Masters.

Annual tradition. Ever since I had a portable tv as a kid in my bedroom.
Love it.

Watched this last night.

I thought Chalamet’s performance was exceptional, utterly believable as Dylan, not only in looks and mannerisms but he nailed the singing voice too. Well supported by the various actors playing Sylvie Russo (obviously Suze Rotolo) Joan Baez, Albert Grosmann, Pete Seeger and Johnny Cash.

I found it easier than expected to ignore the historical inaccuracies and it was very well done overall.

I’ve noticed people saying it was a little too long, it could have stretched another hour for me

A solid 8/10

I guess a sequel is out of the question…

Some of the craftsmanship involved in this project is incredible.

Recorded that as it clashed with Sooke’s Greek art history prog. Looking forward to it tonight.

Can’t wait to watch that. Just finished the 2 part 6 hour documentary on Bob, that was bloody excellent.

The segment on sand cast lead sheet (made in Leicester) is very satisfying to watch.

Looking forward to Last of Us Season 2. Not sure whether to watch it weekly or wait for a few episodes to become available.

Same here. Do like a binge.

I’m going to wait for a few, at least initially anyway. 1 episode only, is excruciating.

But it is a bloody good episode

Matt Damon as failed father trying to make amends for being a fuckup. It had a few moments but it was all a bit depressing really.

Watched this earlier today. Enjoyed it but felt like it cut quite a bit out.
