I’m not sure I was supposed to find this very funny, but I did.
This is an enjoyable watch. I was aware of the story but not the detail of who & how.

Really enjoyed that, the story was well told.
Feeling a bit meepy and need some uplifting conniption? Here’s eight minutes of white reggae
She means it… and that’s the problem.

The sap rises.
It wasn’t loading originally due to my VPN, and I now deeply regret taking the steps to rectify this.
But now you’ve got edge & vigour!
A gentleman must be… disciplined (begrudgingly) … properly sharpened in the face of life’s desire to kick him straight up the coccyx for absolutely no reason.
Character building, apparently. Delightful.

Great story and doc.
Bile, ferocity, fury, indignation - A bounty for the right thinking meatman.
That Ladbroke Grove scene must’ve been ‘interesting’ in the 70’s. ![]()
I worked with a bloke whose immigrant Irish Grandmother bought a big house in Ladbroke Grove in the 60s when it was a shithole nobody wanted to live in.
Three generations lived in the house and after his Grandmother died about 10 years ago his Mum sold the house and he needed to find somewhere to live,
His £1M share gave him a few options!
There’s a lot of those stories. Shitholes in London in zone two. My pal KTs dad worked as a navvy on the underground. Decided to buy place and rent out the rooms to his mates paying a lot more for digs. KT doesn’t work anymore and lives on the costa del sol with her sons and her dad lives in another villa a couple of miles up the road on the back of that purchase.
Just finished season one of Brassic. Been a fan of Joe Gilgun since the This Is England productions. He writes and stars in this. It’s funny as fuck.
The farmer !
Americana
Cowboys and Indians gone mad. Not sure what I think about it. Wasn’t terrible and was good in places. Bit odd.
A re-run of the Chernobyl series is on the free Sky Mix channel and Sky Atlantic as well I think - starting tomorrow night. ![]()
