For now, they haven’t. The small print seems to be that hardware and software integral to how it works is still not allowed over the border just in case the Russians secured a complete one. Some of the same stuff was stripped from the M777 and HIMARS gear prior to arrival (it bears repeating that the small number of HIMARS doing the harm they currently seem to be are using technology fifteen years older than US ones).
Did you see what gas prices did in response? It’s… unexpected.
Usual proviso regrding authenticity but would be quite something if it is.
