Scottish power can have a very big punch , they write every 3 days approximately , sometimes more . they even texted me on christmas day to provide a meter reading. one minute they send a cheque to refund me , next few days they send a bill for payment , they are a total disaster and they deserve a kick up the back side

I agree, they are shit. They cut the power off to my house about 2 years ago by accident (half my road), of course the frozen stuff in the freezer went off and so did the stuff in the fridge. Apparently, they need more than 48 hours of no power to pay compensation.

yes , however just changed to online tariff to see if would be easier to manage and then you get exit fees . also only recently had smart meter done and i understand its a pain to change to another smart meter
There is nothing ‘Smart’ about Smart Meters. I refused point blank to have one unless they could name any benefits that I got from having one. There weren’t any.

They’ll normally let you off the fees. The smart meter you are stuck with.

Oddly in Cheshire it is Scottish Power, after tracing back through the billing company.
Some twat from Scottish Power had cut some breaker.

Next door neighbors kids show their mum who tells us who has done it and gives us screen shots of snap chat.

6 lads set about one ! What’s with the mentality of them ,A tragic waste of life…These fuckers deserve more than a knacker punch.The boys parents must be going through hell…I hope the courts do proper justice…He was evidently chased along the High St by 4 of them after fighting them …tried to save himself by climbing over a wall into a private school school’s grounds…what happened next is anyone’s guess but he was found dead in the river the next day…22 years old ! Sad when you can’t have a night out with this happening…
